Catechism: The Instruction

Catechism is the "Echo of Truth."  It is the process by which the vast wisdom of the Bible is organized into clear, understandable lessons.  As we embark on this study of Pillar I, we step into the vital framework designed to pass down the unyielding truths of the faith from generation to generation.  

At its core, catechism is far more than a simple academic exercise; it is an active, living bridge connecting the eternal word of God to the everyday minds and hearts of believers. It takes the profound, sweeping narrative of Scripture and structures it so that truth can be easily grasped, deeply retained, and faithfully lived.

This first pillar stands as the primary cornerstone of spiritual formation, establishing the essential doctrines or beliefs, moral clarity, and authoritative guidance necessary for a firm foundation in the walk of faith.

The Church as the Rock: Establishing the Foundation
